(a) List two reasons why teens are reluctant to call helplines
despite the promise of anonymity and professional help.
(b) According to Ms Lily Chu, how does Touch Leadership and
Mentoring prefer to help troubled teens ?
Answer :
(a) The first reason is that they scared that people will
laugh at them and the second reason is that there's
something that they afraid to say out.
(b) They preferred to help the teens more direct with
educational workshops in school, face to face counseling
and home visits.
Q2) Have you confided in your friends or family members about
the problem you face in school / life? Why or why not ?
Have you been betrayed by your friends before ? If yes, how?

Answer :
Yes, of course. I confided my friends as I felt more comfortable
to share with them compared to my family members. I only keep
it to myself if I still can keep all those feelings to myself. Only when
I really cannot cope with it , than I shares it with friends and hope
they could help.
Of course not, my friends are all people can be trusted.
